Are there any updates on your returns policy?

To support the current restrictions in place due to Covid-19, we’ve extended our returns timeframe. If we receive your return before 30 days of it being delivered, you’ll get a full refund to your original payment method. If we receive it after 30 days, you’ll get a gift card locked to your account.


Will there be a delay in delivering my parcel?

Standard and free shipping to all countries might experience shipping delays.

Express shipping times are maintained for ALL countries, therefore we strongly suggest selecting DHL express at checkout to ensure fast delivery of your order.

What steps have you taken for safety against the Coronavirus?
