GENERAL INFORMATION

RUVE does not assume responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance or local delivery services.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order may be returned to us.

Any return costs, shipping fees, or losses incurred will be deducted from the refund.

In the event that a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to RUVE due to incorrect or incomplete address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, RUVE declines all responsibility for the resulting consequences.

Any costs incurred, including return shipping, handling, and potential reshipment fees, will be charged to the customer and deducted from any applicable refund.

RUVE reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned parcel is subject to excessive return fees or cannot be recovered.

Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the shipping information provided at checkout. Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

All items must be returned unworn, unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, underwear bottoms, and hair accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RUVE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions. Non-compliant items may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received and accepted by RUVE. Any risks related to the return shipment, including loss or damage, are borne by the customer.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, a request must be submitted by email:  support@ruveshop.com

Once approved, items must be returned promptly to the original shipping address in France.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A tracked shipping service is strongly recommended.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued once the returned items have been received and inspected.

The refund will be made using the original payment method.

For orders that qualified for free shipping, a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund:

EU: €10

UK: €20

USA: €30

Rest of the world: €30

RUVE does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to obtain a different size or item, we invite you to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Any fees related to the return shipment remain the responsibility of the customer.
