DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most of our orders ship within 2-4 business days of the date of purchase or 1-2 weeks if item is not set to ship. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm (Paris time). We are closed on weekends.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you chose free shipping, you will receive your order 10-20 business days from the date that it is shipped out—not necessarily from the date that it is placed.

If you chose express shipping, you will receive your order 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out.

 

ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.

 

PLEASE NOTE: SOME PRODUCTS SHIP FROM OUTSIDE THE EU. WE ARE NOT HELD LIABLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY, HOLDING TIMES OR INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED.

 

WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR PARCEL IS WAITING TO BE PICKED UP AND YOU DO NOT CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE. ONCE WE RECEIVE IT BACK, YOU CAN EITHER ASK FOR A REFUND MINUS A 15% SERVICE FEE OR SCHEDULE A NEW DELIVERY.

 

MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO?

RUVESHOP.COM is not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact customer service and we will try our best to assist you with this matter. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) by reaching out to us within 4 days of when your order was received. You must obtain a return authorization from us before proceeding. To do this, fill out this form. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 4 days.

  • Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed. 
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (includes the original shipping fee)
  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method. If you wish to exchange an item, the buyer will be responsible for both shipping fees, to ship the item back to us and to re-ship the new item. We will then invoice you the shipping fees via email to proceed with the re-shipment of your new item.
  • For hygienic reasons, all swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable and only eligible for exchanges.
  • Sale items are final sale - no returns or exchanges are allowed.
  • If you receive an in correct or damaged item, please notify us within 4 days of delivery by using this form.
  • In the case your order couldn't be delivered due to wrong address, we can either re-ship your order after receiving the returned items and payments for a reshipment fee, or we can refund your order minus the shipping fees.

 

I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your item(s) by reaching out to us within 4 days of when your order was received. You must obtain an exchange authorization from us before proceeding. To do this, fill out this form. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 4 days.

  • Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed.
  • For hygienic reasons, all swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The buyer will be responsible for both shipping fees, to ship the item back to us and to re-ship the new item. We will then invoice you the shipping fees via email to proceed with the re-shipment of your new item.
  • Orders made with promo codes are non refundable and only eligible for exchanges.
  • If your exchange does not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

ORDERS MADE WITH A PROMO OR DISCOUNT CODE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES.

 

POST ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Your order will be handled and set to ship very quickly after you've placed your order, therefore you are given a 1-HOUR window to make any post-order changes or cancellations after your purchase. This applies to ALL orders. Please email support@ruveshop.com within this timeframe. No exceptions will be made.

 

COUPONS/DISCOUNTS

We are not responsible for any coupon codes or discount codes prior to purchase that the customer had forgotten to enter upon placing order at checkout. After placing the order, we can no longer issue you the coupon discount if you had forgotten to apply it. Discounts are non-refundable if item is returned.

 

MY PACKAGE FAILED TO DELIVER AND IS BEING SENT BACK TO RUVE

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to RUVE, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:

  • The shipping address does not exist
  • The shipping address is misspelled
  • The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
  • The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
  • The addressee has moved
  • The addressee has refused the package
  • The addressee couldn't be contacted over the phone

Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. RUVE does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
